Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing or using FBPREDICT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and FBPREDICT (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website, apps, data, widgets, tools, and any other services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

2) Eligibility

3) Accounts & Security

4) License & Acceptable Use

6) Predictions, Information-Only & Responsible Use

Important: Our predictions, probabilities, rankings, and tips are informational indicators, not guarantees of outcomes, profits, or returns. Markets move and events are uncertain.
  • No advice: Information on FBPREDICT is not financial, investment, legal, or betting advice.
  • Your decisions: You are solely responsible for any decisions or wagers you make.
  • Responsible use: Set limits you can afford; never chase losses; do not treat past performance as indicative of future results.

7) Data, Odds & Third-Party Services

  • Odds & prices: Odds shown are subject to change and may differ by operator, region, and time. Always confirm final odds with your chosen bookmaker.
  • Links: External sites are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse their content or practices.
  • Attribution & IP: Third-party marks and logos remain the property of their owners.

8) Plans, Billing, Trials & Refunds

If we offer paid features, the applicable plan page will state pricing, billing intervals and any trial terms. Taxes may apply based on your location.

  • Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel anytime via your account or by contacting support; access typically continues until the end of the current paid term.
  • Refunds: Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts, except where we explicitly state otherwise.
  • Fair use: We may enforce reasonable rate limits or feature caps to protect service stability.

9) Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content, software, models, text, graphics, logos and designs are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

10) User Content

If you submit feedback, comments, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for operating and improving the Services. You are responsible for your submissions and must have all necessary rights.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FBPREDICT and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or £0 if you have not paid).

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FBPREDICT and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services (or portions thereof) at any time if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have violated these Terms, create risk, or for service, security, legal or compliance reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

16) Changes to Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date below. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria for all disputes arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms.

If you operate FBPREDICT from another jurisdiction, you may adapt this clause to your domicile.
