Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Please read alongside our Terms of Service.

Last updated: 20 October 2026

1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains what information FBPredict ("we", "us", "our") collects when you visit the site, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to fbpredict.com and any pages under it.

2. Information you give us directly

If you sign up to our newsletter, contact us by email, or message us on Telegram, we receive whatever information you provide — typically your email address and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to you or, for newsletter sign-ups, to send the content you signed up for. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we may automatically collect standard technical information when you visit — your browser type, general device information, pages viewed, and referring pages — typically through cookies or similar technologies, or through an analytics service if one is in use on the site. This helps us understand how the site is used and where to improve it.

4. Local storage and preferences

The site remembers a small number of preferences — such as whether you've chosen light or dark mode — directly in your browser's local storage. This information stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and is cleared if you clear your browser data.

5. Third-party services

We load web fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve your browser making a request to Google's servers. We may also link out to third-party bookmakers, social platforms, or Telegram — once you leave our site, that service's own privacy policy applies, not ours. We don't control and aren't responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site.

6. Cookies

We use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for the site to function (such as remembering a theme preference) and, where applicable, for basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function as intended without them.

7. How we use your information

We use the information described above to operate and improve the site, respond to enquiries, send newsletter content to those who've signed up for it, and understand overall usage patterns. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Data retention

We keep contact and newsletter information for as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Automatically collected technical data is generally retained for a limited period for analytics purposes.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@fbpredict.com and we'll respond as required by applicable law.

10. Children's privacy

FBPredict is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the legal age required to use betting-related content in their jurisdiction. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're published on this page, and the "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your personal information, can be sent to hello@fbpredict.com, or see our full contact page.
